"The Endless Summer" is a classic that never gets old. Still my favorite!

In God's Hands with Shane Dorian. Into liquid is a good documentary ... and of course more recently Chasing Mavericks.

Big Wednesday and Seven Summer Stories for vintage. Apocolypse Now for Hollywood with a surf scene. Kuaii Boys for underground ( it is really sick with Titus going richter ). Point Break for best shlock surf movie ( I still love watching the ex-presidents robbing the bank and lighting the gas station on fire). Sharknado for all time worst. And Blue Crush for inspiring the females to paddle out ( It makes the vibe much more better ). Tide is starting to push back in, the wind is honking, and I am headed out. Peace!

I've seen threads on this before.

Maybe we should have separate categories like they do at film festivals. Feature length film (eg. Big Wednesday, Blue Crush, Soul Surfer), long form documentary (eg. Step Into Liquid, Billabong Odyssey, Endless Summer), and shorter lengths.

Don't forget Point Break for feature film. Bodhi rules!
