I don't think this site has available the history of forecasts for our viewing. But yes, as others suggested, check the buoy data (for swell height and direction), and you can use a weather site, such as intellicast.com to get past observations, which will give you the wind speed and direction (by the hour) for you location. Additionally, you can look up tide data at NOAA or other sites. This would give you some of the data to attempt to "reconstruct" the scenario that produced waves for Saturday's sesh. Am I forgetting anything, buoys?

Hey, sorry, no forecast archives. For historic data, I usually point people toward the buoy archives.

Who cares where you were last year? It is where you will surf today that counts. Another marketing gimmick for morons to buy into.
