    Check out this new iPhone app for surfers.:cool:

    Throw this app into your surf kit and take it everywhere you go. The app provides 1250 preset surf spots all over the globe. Its a map based app that gives a description of each surf spot and shows the exact location of the break.

    It shows you all spots within a 20km radius from your curent location.

    Not impressed. No spots listed between obx and atlantic city. Not much info on each spot.

    $2.99 seems like a waste of money when you can use 'Surfline', 'MSW' or 'Oakleys surf report' apps for free. It sounds like they all do the same thing.

    The differences

    Hey Guys,
    The best function about the SurfSpotting app is when your heading up or down the coastline. It shows your location plus all spots within a 20km radius from where you are. Other web sites can't do that!........

    The app is only intended to show spots, its not meant to provide forecasts....at least not at the moment.

    Thanks for your feedback anyway
