might be heading down to Savannah on Saturday for a race called the SAV Speed Classic. it'll be an all in trip, coming back to folly that nite. waist high is the forecaste. thinking of bringin the MogHolly down, a 7'2" phish. could use some advising as i've never surfed out at Tybee. good at incoming high tide? would be purrfect since the race wraps up at 5pm and hi tide being 7 sumtin. is it just good at the pier->2nd st or are there other spots i should check? couldn't find anything posted prior here, so appreciate the feedbackk. always looking for a new spot to surf, and i've yet to come across tybee having anything when i've come thru SAV

Tybee has a bunch of different breaks there some jetties by the south end of the island near the Tybee Island sandbars which are out kind of in the middle of the ocean think of like Talbot Island inlet in Florida. Then the sugar shack is on like the north east side of the island it actually has a north east facing beach which is crazy for our area . The peers a pretty good wave from time to time I just give it a go there .
