I am 42, I just started surfing 3 days ago, I don't have any surf board's, but I have seen some with really nice colors! In my mind, I have 6 in my quiver, all of them with nice colors and designs and cool looking fins. I have good traction pads on them, too! (front and back) So, with all of that information I have provided, what is the best wave for me?

Ones like this. The bigger waves are slower because they are heavier and the cold water saps their energy and they slow down even more. So you can take your time standing up and don't have to worry about being in the exact right spot like a small, short period summer wave. Plus they kick up more bubbles so if you fall the landing is softer.

Honestly I'd like to see more vids like this, skip the art\music\etc. and just show what it looks like to be in the lineup when one of these bad boys rolls in.
