Tom Bracht got it done on his Chub Scoutâ„¢ despite one of the harshest Delaware winters on record. Water temperatures were getting down as low as 30 degrees and the air was no warmer. We didn't know that was possible for the water to get that cold... Doesn't the ocean freeze? We think anything below 65 is pretty chilly. Brrrrr!
